Instructor for Sustainable Production Process Operator Training

We are looking for an engaged instructor for our training program 'Process Operator for Sustainable Production'.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In the role of instructor, you will primarily conduct theoretical teaching online, but also participate in industry days, conferences, and industry-specific fairs.

As an instructor, you will mainly work online via a learning platform and the digital seminar tool Zoom. You will be responsible for developing lecture materials, constructing and grading exams, reading and assessing written assignments, all to create a solid foundation with a broad variation in teaching. The work also includes mentoring, strengthening, and supporting students throughout the entire training. As an instructor, you will work pedagogically and methodically to ensure the best outcomes for the students. We base our work on the course plans that underpin the education, and from the values that we all collaborate around at YH Academy. Our programs are post-secondary and developed in close consultation with industry and authorities. We expect you to be responsive and flexible to the needs of students and the organization. Collaboration and collegial learning are key principles.

QUALIFICATIONS

You need to have solid experience in the professional role of Process Operator/Process Engineer and be able to take responsibility and teach in the majority of the program's courses.

You are pedagogical and methodical, with an administrative flair, and enjoy communicating in various contexts both in digital environments and during physical meetings. A strong willingness to take responsibility and collaborate with your colleagues is essential. You should have good skills in IT-related applications and experience working in various systems and platforms. Good communication skills, both orally and in writing, are required.
