We are now looking for green space caretakers for the 2026 season!

The position is a seasonal employment from April to August, with the possibility of extension. We are looking for someone who can work continuously for 5 months.

We seek self-motivated individuals with knowledge and interest in green spaces, botany, nature, and landscaping. You are a problem solver who can plan work for your areas based on our agreed commitments depending on the season. You are comfortable working alone but also a team player who shares your knowledge and is receptive to others' experiences. You can take responsibility for your own tasks, make simple decisions, and communicate with FR's contracted subcontractors as needed.

It is important that you are positive and pedagogical, and comfortable engaging with clients in a creative and service-oriented manner.

It is a requirement that you have experience driving a tractor and a vehicle with a trailer. You must also possess a manual driving license for passenger cars, not just automatic. Experience in handling machinery is also required.

The position entails overall responsibility for FR's contractual commitments regarding the operation and maintenance of the external environment in assigned areas for our clients. The property caretaker is responsible for executing tasks within the property maintenance department in a productive and efficient manner based on applicable goals, strategies, and other guidelines.
