Do you dream of working with plants and enjoying the fresh sea air every day? At our nursery in the heart of Skåne, you have the chance to combine physical work with a fantastic view of the sea. Here, you can spend your days outdoors, whether the sun is shining or the wind is blowing, allowing both your body and soul to thrive.

About the Job

We are looking for dedicated employees for order picking and cultivation during our peak season.

• In order picking, you will be responsible for picking and packing plants according to customer orders.
• In cultivation, you will perform tasks such as potting, planting, and caring for plants.

Regardless of which role you take on, you will work in a small team and always close to nature. There may also be other tasks that contribute to variety and learning.

The positions are seasonal employment full-time for about 3-4 months starting around week 12 (weather dependent) until midsummer. The seasons are long, and if both you and we are satisfied with the collaboration, there are good opportunities for extending the employment.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Is meticulous, responsible, and has a good ability to collaborate.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and physical work environment; our workdays are full of movement.
• Is practically oriented and enjoys working with their hands.
• Has an interest in plants; this is a plus but not a requirement.

The job may involve many lifts and a lot of movement throughout the day, so it’s good if you are in good physical shape.

Working Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:45 PM

Your Workplace? Outdoors, in beautiful Skåne, with nature and the sea as your daily companions.

Requirements: A valid driver's license (B) and access to a car (due to limited public transport to the nursery).

Meritorious: Forklift license.
