On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a dedicated and quality-conscious employee. Here, you will become an important part of the business that combines craftsmanship with technology – focusing on color production and tinting.

About the position: 

In this role, you will handle manual recipe mixing, production of color shades, and perform quality control on products. Documentation of analysis results is also required to ensure that the products meet requirements and standards. You will be part of a team of about five people in the company's QC department, where collaboration, responsibility, and quality are in focus. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the processes of the color industry and develop within the field.

As a person, we would like you to be self-assured, attentive, meticulous, and have an easy time collaborating. To thrive in the role, you should be accustomed to practical work with a strong sense of craftsmanship and have an eye for detail. If you possess a strong interest in chemistry and technology as well as production processes, this is a significant plus. The position is long-term and involves a thorough introduction where you will gradually learn all parts of the process to eventually work independently.

Working hours: Daytime, between 07:00-15:30 (30 min break). 

Location: Helsingborg.

Start: After the new year.

Requirements: 

- Driver's license and car

- High school diploma (preferably in natural sciences)

- Good knowledge of mathematics

- Good color vision

- Good collaboration skills

- Swedish and English (both spoken and written)

Meritorious: 

- Previous experience in the color industry

- Production experience

- Previous work with recipe reading

- Enjoy working with hands/craftsmanship
