The company offers comprehensive solutions – from product development and manufacturing to sales, support, and service. The product range includes everything from water dispensers and tap towers to custom-made cabinets and furniture solutions via the company's own carpentry in Laholm. Escowa's dispensers can be found in both the private and public sectors.

Escowa AB has its headquarters in Vallentuna and operates throughout the Nordic region. In 2026, Escowa will celebrate 40 years – making them an experienced and reliable partner for companies that want to offer clean, chilled, and carbonated water straight from the tap.

Job responsibilities

As a warehouse manager, you will be a central part of Escowa's operations, responsible for developing, structuring, and optimizing warehouse management. You will ensure that the right products are in the right place at the right time, contributing to optimized flows and efficient deliveries. The role includes close collaboration with the warehouses in Vallentuna and Laholm, as well as with production in Laholm, where Escowa's furniture is manufactured. You will have overall responsibility for material flows, inventory management, and timelines, ensuring that these function smoothly for both warehousing and production. The role involves regular travel to Escowa's warehouses in Vallentuna and Laholm.

You will:

• Be responsible for warehouse structure and setup in Vallentuna and Laholm
• Ensure correct placement of products and materials for efficient shipping
• Plan and follow up on production in Laholm, including timelines and material needs
• Manage outgoing items and optimize warehouse utilization
• Collaborate with purchasing, technical management, and sales teams to plan needs and trends
• Participate in order management and customer contact as needed
• Work with risk analysis and workplace safety issues related to warehouse management

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in warehousing and preferably warehouse management
• Extensive experience working with item systems and very good skills in Excel
• Experience in inventory management, product labeling, digital workflows, and barcode system handling.
• Experience in personnel management is a plus
• Driver's license B is required
