We are now looking for a customer-focused combined fire protection technician and trainer for Firesafes in Stockholm (Eastern region) business area Control and Maintenance.  As a technician, you contribute to a safer and more fireproof society by taking care of part of our customers' total fire protection needs. You work with a wide range of Firesafe's service offerings within the framework of our customers' systematic fire protection work:

• Service, inspection, and maintenance of fire technical installations.
• Delivering, assembling, and installing equipment at the customer's site.
• Electrical work, as delegated
• Service of smoke hatches, etc.

As a trainer, you are responsible for educating our customers in fire knowledge, evacuation, CPR/first aid, crisis management, and more. 

You spend as much time as possible out with our customers and have independent responsibility for meeting our commitments to them with high quality.

Your days are varied, and you find it easy to engage with all kinds of people as you have a lot of customer contact. You solve daily challenges and find improvement opportunities for the future together with your colleagues. You are responsible for a service vehicle. A driver's license is required, and we cover a large area which may involve some travel, but mainly during the day. You have good computer skills and are used to working with planning and upselling.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in our customers and their inquiries. Experience from the industry and experience as a trainer/instructor is an advantage.

You can express yourself well in both spoken and written language, in both Swedish and English, as there is a lot of contact with customers and also internally.
