About the Role On behalf of our client, Wrknest is looking for a driven and business-minded service manager who wants to take a leading role in energy management. The position is located in Nacka and involves overall responsibility for the operations organization, where you will have the opportunity to influence both structure, development, and business.

In this role, strategic responsibility is combined with operational leadership. You will be central to ensuring high quality in delivery, system support, and customer relations – while leading an engaged team of technicians and operations managers.

Your Future Responsibilities As a service manager, you have full personnel, budget, and result responsibility for operations. You ensure that work orders are handled efficiently, that customer contacts are managed professionally, and that the business is driven according to set goals. You are also responsible for workplace safety issues and have system ownership for the work order system.

More specifically, this means:

• Leading the team and following up on work orders, fault reports, and ongoing work
• Ensuring quality in invoicing documentation, time reporting, and customer agreements
• Identifying new business opportunities and preparing relevant offers
• Working on the development of internal working methods, processes, and systems

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility
• Refrigeration certification class 1
• Good knowledge of SDF and very good knowledge of MS Office
• Good understanding of finance and follow-up
• Experience in writing and managing contracts
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing 

You are a responsible, structured, and business-minded leader with a good ability to inspire others. You thrive in an operational role with many points of contact and are driven to develop both the team and working methods.
