About the role In the role of Appliance Technician, the primary work consists of troubleshooting and repairing appliances and laundry rooms for customers' tenants, as well as for private customers. The work is carried out independently and includes responsibility for purchasing spare parts and accessories needed to complete the assignments. Self-checks are performed on the assignments and feedback is provided to customers via various portals.

The position requires close collaboration with the office and the warehouse, which is centrally located in Kista. Therefore, communication skills and teamwork abilities are important qualities.

We are looking for someone who:  • Has a technical background in appliances • Has a positive attitude & the ability to find solutions • Is driven to provide a good customer experience and appreciated assignments on a daily basis • Is self-sufficient in your work but at the same time a very strong team player • Holds a B driver's license • Master the Swedish language fully in both spoken and written form

Preferred qualifications if you have:  • Certification from Electrolux Professional or equivalent • Experience with various brands and product groups • Knowledge of electricity and gas
