About the Position

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that the team’s operation technicians deliver high quality, meet deadlines, and that the technical operations run smoothly without interruptions. You will lead both personnel and technical efforts, operate on-site, and always have a holistic view. You will report to a senior manager and collaborate with other parts of the organization such as project support and customer issues.

Your Future Responsibilities

You will work hands-on in the property while also having personnel responsibility for the team:

• Lead, distribute, and follow up on technicians' work
• Participate in daily operations and maintenance tasks
• Ensure that KPIs are met and that regulatory inspections and case management are completed on time
• Provide technical support during troubleshooting and system issues (electricity, ventilation, cooling, control technology, etc.)
• Prevent operational disruptions through planned maintenance and improvement efforts
• Participate in meetings with property owners, contribute to boundary setting and reporting
• Handle personnel issues, scheduling, and competence development
• Ensure documentation and compliance with procedures and occupational safety standards

We Are Looking For You Who

Requirements

• Several years of experience in technical operations and property technology, preferably in commercial properties
• Previous leadership experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Valid B driver's license
• Competence and willingness to work technically in the property

Meritorious Experiences

• Experience with control systems, energy management, and optimization
• Certifications such as Hot Work, Contract Law, etc.
• Experience in operations in critical environments (laboratories, data centers, etc.)
• Previous experience with SBA rounds and regulatory inspections
