About the position

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible deburrer who wants to work with manual processing in a technologically advanced workshop. In this role, you will be an important part of the production chain and responsible for ensuring that finished components meet the highest quality standards before moving on to the next step. As a deburrer, you will ensure that all edges are clean, free from burrs, and meet the drawing specifications. The work is performed with various tools – from files to special instruments – and you will work with materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium. This requires patience, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail. This is a role for you who want to develop within a unique craft. There is no standard method for how tasks should be solved – you will find the best way to achieve the right result based on the drawings and specifications. The work is free from time pressure, and the focus is on quality, responsibility, and precision.

Your qualifications

• High school education in industry or similar. 
• Good Swedish and English skills in both speech and writing

Meritorious Experience from the manufacturing industry and reading technical drawings.

You are calm, methodical, and thorough with a natural sense of quality. You thrive in working independently, take responsibility for your results, and are receptive to feedback. Your attitude is characterized by reasonableness – you want to understand the whole picture, develop in your profession, and contribute to improvements in work methods and processes.
