We are now looking for a shift leader for our client in Rosersberg

About the role

As a shift leader at our client, you will play a central role in driving and leading the work in the warehouse to ensure efficiency and productivity.

You will be responsible for distributing tasks within your team of about 6 people to ensure that goals and deadlines are met.

Furthermore, you will be operational in the daily work together with your team. A large part of your everyday work will include tasks such as order management, stock replenishment, quality checks, and other relevant tasks depending on the needs of the business.

Profile and experience

We are looking for someone who is currently working as a team leader in a warehouse or someone who is used to leading and coaching staff. You will be responsible for the day shift, which is from 0600 to 1500. The role is a full-time position and you will be employed directly by our client in Rosersberg. 

You have previous experience in;

• leading a group of employees
• distributing tasks within the group
• working with productivity, efficiency, and process improvements
• guiding and coaching existing and new staff (including staffing) within your group
• optimizing warehouse space
• being a role model and leading by example
• having experience from lumber yards or building materials
• fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is a must
