Concept:

The Hair Lounge concept is about being there for the customer, for colleagues, and for future colleagues. We work in a workplace where everyone should feel seen and have their questions answered.

We strive for a more environmentally friendly approach when it comes to colors and products.

We learn more about hair, skin, and health thanks to Hårologi and Pivot Point. The knowledge that a hårolog gains is incredibly fun and important in the industry as it increases the possibility of even more satisfied customers.

Vision:

As a customer, you can come to us to relax, gain new energy, and get the hairstyle you want along with the color/shading that lasts. With the right knowledge about hair, we tailor everything to suit you, both before and after a treatment through a hair test.

Goal:

We need to be there for our future colleagues and students/trainees must learn all the knowledge that each individual carries. It is very important to be a team and to want to teach.

We are looking for someone who has a clientele and who wants to be employed according to the Hairdressers' Employers' Agreement. Here, hairdressers can decide their own schedules and how they want to work. We work with Hårologi and receive continuous training in it.
