We are looking for a Customer Receptionist

We are now seeking a service-minded and driven customer receptionist for our car workshops in Säter/Hedemora/Avesta. The tasks include booking customers for service and repairs, planning jobs for the mechanics, collecting payments from customers, and ordering spare parts.

You should have a good knowledge of cars and sales, and you speak and write fluently in Swedish. A strong focus is placed on providing excellent service and achieving fantastic customer satisfaction.

We want you to be passionate about working with people and service. You, as an applicant, find it easy to connect with new people and thrive in a flexible work environment. You should also have a very good sense of service/sales.

You should be:

• Engaged, responsible, and service-oriented
• Automotive technical education or experience in the automotive industry
• Organized
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Driver's license (B)

The position is a full-time job. We apply a six-month probationary period followed by a permanent position and individual salary setting.
