About the position

We are now looking for machine operators for our post-processing machine. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the machine operates optimally and that production maintains high quality. You will work practically with settings, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance while contributing to an efficient and safe production.

Examples of tasks:

- Set up, monitor, and adjust machines for the best results.

- Perform quality checks during and after operation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Handle materials and prepare production.

- Contribute to improvements in routines and working methods.

The position is full-time and involves 2 shifts (morning/evening).

Requirements:

- Technical interest and willingness to learn.

- Swedish spoken and written.

- Driver's license and access to a car.

- Available for shift work (day/evening).

Meritorious (but not required):

- Previous experience as a machine operator.

- Experience in graphic production or printing.

- Knowledge of ABG, SRI, or flexographic printing.

- Education in process technology, graphic production, or equivalent.

- Experience with CNC, machine setup, or automated production processes.

A driver's license and access to a car are required for travel to and from the workplace.
