Do you have an eye for service and enjoy meeting customers daily?
Then this position might be for you. Olofsson Bil in Albyberg is expanding its team and is looking for a service advisor to become part of their successful team. The role of a service advisor means you will be one of the first faces the customer meets when they arrive at the facility, which means you are responsible for creating the best possible customer experience. You will have mixed tasks: Helping customers with various questions about car parts, to advising on different service jobs. Handling administrative tasks such as creating work orders and ordering spare parts. You will work with a wide clientele and with the brands: SEAT, Cupra, and Skoda.

Qualifications/Skills

To succeed in this role, we see that you meet the following:

• Good computer skills
• Service-minded
• Structured work approach
• Manual B driver's license (meritorious)
• Technical knowledge of passenger cars (meritorious)
• Experience with Automaster (meritorious)

Who we are

Aura Personal is a staffing and recruitment company specialized in the automotive industry. We have close collaborations with several large workshops and car dealerships in the Stockholm area. The position is full-time with working hours scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.
