Service Advisor Wanted at Olofsson Bil Albyberg/Haninge

Olofsson Bil is expanding its successful team and is looking for a service advisor who is passionate about customer contact and wants to contribute to a first-class customer experience.

About the Role:

As a service advisor, you will be one of the first people customers meet when they visit the facility. Your task is to ensure an excellent customer experience by being available to answer questions, provide advice on service jobs, and handle administrative tasks such as creating work orders and ordering spare parts.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Providing professional advice and answering customer inquiries about car parts and services.
• Managing work orders and administering spare part orders.
• Creating a positive customer experience from the first contact to the completed service case.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has good computer skills and experience working in a structured manner.
• Has experience working in Automaster, which is a strong merit and highly desirable for this position.
• Is service-minded and enjoys daily customer contact.
• Has technical knowledge of passenger cars (preferable).

About Us:

Aura Personal is a specialized staffing and recruitment company in the automotive industry. We collaborate with several large workshops and car dealerships in the Stockholm area. The position is full-time with working hours from 7 AM to 5 PM and every other week from 9 AM to 6 PM.
