Manager Wanted for our Burger King Restaurant!

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of manager in our restaurant. As a manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurant maintains the highest standards and customer satisfaction. You will lead, coach, and support our team of employees by ensuring they have the resources and tools they need to perform their tasks effectively.

We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for the service industry. You will work at a fast pace and therefore need to be able to remain calm and make informed decisions even in stressful situations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in the fast food industry or similar.
Experience in a leadership role or similar position.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Good communication skills and the ability to motivate and coach employees.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
