We are now looking for new customer service representatives on behalf of our client.

The company is one of the largest telecommunications operators in Sweden. You will work directly for the client and be part of a well-organized company focused on service and quality. You will work in a team with good team spirit and a focus on quality and customer service.

You will work in the customer service department, whose main task is to assist customers who have questions about their subscriptions. You will receive thorough training on the company's products and services to assist customers in the best way possible.

Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM
Salary according to collective agreement

We are looking for:

• You who have good service skills and a desire to help people
• You who are social and enjoy contacting people
• You who have good team spirit and find it easy to collaborate with others

We are looking for someone with at least 3 months of previous experience in customer service roles.
