About the Job as an Administrator

In this role, you will support the work with the implementation and development of management systems within quality, environment, work environment, and welding. Your focus will be on document management, structuring, and maintaining order in systems and processes related to HSEQ. You will work closely with both internal functions and the company's HSEQ responsible.

Common Tasks:

• Administrative support in the work with management systems according to ISO standards
• Structuring and maintenance of documents and processes
• Quality assurance of document flows and versions

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with many years of experience in qualified administrative work - preferably in a technical or production environment. You have good knowledge of ISO standards and have worked closely with HSEQ functions. You are structured, meticulous, and used to handling large amounts of documentation with high precision. You appreciate order and are accustomed to working independently as well as in collaboration with others.

We Prefer That You Have:

• Experience in similar tasks
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards
• Very good system skills
• Very good administrative ability and experience in document management
• Communicative and collaborative - with good Swedish in speech and writing

The position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Manpower and work on-site with our client in Landskrona.
