We are strengthening our veterinary team and are therefore looking for an animal health veterinarian with a focus on milk production.

Working with animal health is the foundation for all tasks in the position. As an animal health veterinarian, you will work strategically and preventively with animal health efforts within Swedish milk and meat production. It is a varied and enjoyable job that gives you great freedom to plan your daily work under your own responsibility. The job does not include on-call duty or weekend work, and we offer a workplace with knowledge exchange between different professional groups such as production advisors, pet technicians, and other staff.

We would like you to have previous experience with cattle and an interest in preventive animal health care and advice. We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as the ability to build relationships and collaborate with both farmers and colleagues. You need to have a good ability to work independently and plan your workdays effectively. You will also work with Skånesemin's course activities on various themes.

The position is a full-time position (can be discussed) and is located in Skåne.

Education and Experience

You are a licensed veterinarian and have good knowledge of Swedish. Good communication skills are of great importance. A driving license (B) is required, as well as access to your own car.
