Serving staff wanted for White Guide restaurant!

Kvarkenfisk, named one of Sweden's best dining experiences in the White Guide for the sixth consecutive year and nominated for the 2018 MERROIR AWARD, one of White Guide's most prestigious awards, is excited to further develop both the facility and the business, and we are looking for.

Serving staff are sought for Kvarkenfisk's unique fish restaurant and conference concept. We serve lunch and à la carte, it is seasonal work during the summer on an hourly basis, which can sometimes involve a high pace.

You have industry experience, are engaged, enjoy customer contact, and focus on the customer's best interests when selling.

Located at the beautiful Rovögerns fishing site, just north of Umeå via a newly constructed road, you will find Kvarkenfisk - the fish restaurant by the sea. Thanks to fishing and our knowledge of processing, we can offer delicacies straight from the sea, prepared by our skilled chefs! Kvarkenfisk has been named one of Sweden's best dining experiences by the White Guide for five consecutive years. We have 18,000 lunch/dinner guests during the summer season and about 1,750 Christmas buffet guests. Our concept includes lunches/dinners, Christmas buffets, corporate events for up to 150 people, private parties, guest harbor/fuel station, caravan/motorhome camping.
