Your role as a shift leader means that you work as a team with your colleagues to ensure our guests have a world-class experience. You have an overview of all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, cash register, dining area, and the external environment around the restaurant.

You are responsible for planning, staffing, training, and controlling the restaurant's operations. Under the guidance of the restaurant manager, you will learn the job and the business step by step at the various stations and through our internal training programs.

What do we offer?

As a shift leader, you will participate in our practical and theoretical leadership training programs. You will also have the opportunity to apply for our training program for future restaurant managers.
