We at TopWork are looking for a Property Manager!

We are looking for a responsible and practical property manager for our client outside Värnamo.
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of our premises, including repairs, safety inspections, and coordination of external suppliers. You ensure that all building systems function efficiently and that our workspaces are in top condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing maintenance and repairs
• Ensure functionality and safety in the properties
• Manage suppliers and external services
• Work with budget and cost tracking
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Experience in property maintenance or similar
• Practical and solution-oriented
• Good teamwork skills and ability to take responsibility
