About the Position

Are you a car enthusiast with experience in the automotive industry, or a service advisor looking for new challenges? Then this position might be for you! The role of a service advisor will have a strong focus on customer contact, which will also be a recurring area throughout the work. Tasks may include: Assisting customers with various questions about car parts, as well as advising on different service jobs. Managing administrative tasks such as creating work orders and ordering spare parts.

We are looking for someone who

Has good system knowledge in one of the following systems: (Kobra, Cabas, Automaster).
Has relatively good knowledge of spare parts.
Has technical knowledge of passenger cars.
Can work in a structured manner.
Holds a manual B driver's license.
