Job Responsibilities

Customer service work includes answering questions from both real estate agents and home sellers via phone and email. Simpler administrative tasks are also included, such as updating agent presentations, collecting reviews, and reviewing incoming inquiries.

In the role of sales-oriented customer service representative, you will also contact real estate agents to offer our services in addition to customer service work.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who knows what good service means – you are service-minded from head to toe. You have worked as a sales-oriented customer service representative for at least two years. Additionally, you are social, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

It is a merit if you have sales experience and can demonstrate documented good sales results.
