RESPONSIBILITIES

As a destination developer, you play a key role in developing the tourism industry and enhancing Strömstad's attractiveness throughout the year. You work closely with businesses, associations, and other stakeholders to:

• Create new products and travel reasons that attract visitors year-round.
• Develop and implement joint marketing efforts to promote Strömstad as a destination and place to live.
• Drive projects and collaborative initiatives that strengthen the business community and develop the tourism sector.

Work strategically with sustainable destination development in line with the municipality's goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is proactive, driven, and has a good ability to collaborate. You have experience in:

• Destination development, marketing, or business development.
• Creating, developing, and leading collaborative projects between public and private actors.
• Strategic work with place development and tourism.

We prefer that you have a relevant higher education or experience deemed equivalent.
