We are now looking for a Sous Chef for the kitchen at Restaurant Sjöpaviljongen, with a passion for cooking and who wants to help us provide our guests with a memorable experience. You, together with the Head Chef, will lead and be part of a wonderful team with a high level of knowledge and creativity. With the security in your professional role, you find it easy to plan, educate, and lead.

Idyllic Sjöpaviljongen is a classic lakeside restaurant that upholds the banner of Swedish culinary heritage. We are open year-round and adhere closely to traditions, both in terms of taste and calendar. Throughout the year, we set the table for Easter, Father's and Mother's Day, Midsummer, crayfish premiere, Christmas celebrations, and New Year's. Our menus are based on classic Swedish flavors with an emphasis on the sea and grilling – Swedish culinary craftsmanship inspired by the changing seasons.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest and good knowledge of food and beverages
• Has at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Is flexible, creative, and solution-oriented
• Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
• Is structured, organized, and has good collaboration skills
