Now we are looking for a Finnish-speaking customer service representative who wants to be part of our team during the summer of 2025!

About the job

As a customer service representative with us, you will be the reassuring voice on the phone when our customers need help. You will answer questions about internet connections, deliveries, and assist in troubleshooting technical problems. It is a creative job that revolves around cutting-edge technology, with good opportunities for personal development.

Before you take your first calls, you will receive a week of training where you learn about Bahnhof's services, listen to customer calls, and receive support from an experienced colleague – so that you feel secure in your role from the start!

Who are you?

• You speak and write Finnish fluently.
• You are outgoing and social.
• You love when things happen.
• You are a problem solver who knows how to explain difficult things in a simple way.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement!
