Nytorget Fastigheter AB was founded in 1999. Today, we operate from Bromma and have around 20 employees. We provide a comprehensive solution in property management; technical management, financial management, and property services. Our office is located in Bromma.

Among our clients are private individuals, limited companies, foundations, housing associations, and joint property associations, where our assignments vary from comprehensive property management concepts to specific services such as property service.

As a person, you are service-oriented, meticulous, and can work independently. You see the bigger picture and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. As an employee with us, it is important that you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with modern technology.

With us, you will be responsible for managing our switchboard, handling fault reports, key management, and much more.

Assist Nytorget's rental department and our technical managers.

A close collaboration with the managers and property caretakers.

Job tasks include:

Receiving incoming calls, fault reports, and bookings.

Ordering tags, booking cylinders, garage boxes, filters, and other necessary products.

Handling fault reports via email.

Creating broker images on behalf of brokers/clients.

Answering simple rental and billing questions.
