Gandalf Distribution is looking for a Purchasing Assistant for our office in Gothenburg!

We are now seeking a Purchasing Assistant to strengthen our purchasing organization.

Your responsibilities:

You will primarily work with other colleagues to ensure that everyday operational purchasing tasks run smoothly and help maintain a high level of service towards the business. This position focuses on order management, product planning, and price agreement control.

We are looking for someone who;

Has a strong drive, initiative, and is organized and structured.

Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Good knowledge primarily in Excel but also in other parts of the Office suite.

Post-secondary education in purchasing and/or experience in purchasing work is an advantage.

The position is a full-time employment with a 6-month probation period at our Gothenburg office in Mölnlycke.
