The Health and Social Care Administration consists of four departments: Assistance and Health, Functional Support, Elderly Care, and Support and Development. The Health and Social Care Committee is politically responsible for the administration's work. Our operations involve providing care, support, and services to elderly individuals and those in need of functional support. We also provide some health and medical care. The vision includes ensuring that our interventions are carried out safely, securely, with dignity, and with influence.

We are about 850 employees working across the municipality, and we are a mix of support assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, support educators, care managers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care supervisors, and more.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for nurses for summer vacancies. As a nurse with us, you play a significant role in your patients' daily lives while also being an important ambassador for Partille Municipality. We offer you a valuable, varied, and developing job. Of course, you will receive an introduction and individual shadowing.

The work as a nurse with us is based on a patient perspective where you consider each patient's individual needs and adopt a person-centered approach based on the individual's circumstances. Close collaboration with other professional categories such as rehabilitation and nursing assistants is a significant part of the job.

It is a flexible and varied job where you meet patients with different care needs and support measures. You will be challenged with creative and enjoyable tasks where you place the individual at the center and consider each person's needs and circumstances.

We offer you, as a licensed nurse, an individual base salary based on experience with a good summer contract! The position is full-time or as agreed.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience in municipal health and medical care is an advantage. You are accustomed to working with database-based journal systems and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.

We are looking for someone who has a good demeanor towards everyone you meet, whether they are patients, relatives, or colleagues. Daily, you are a guest in other families' homes, so it is important that you create safety and security for the patient you meet, and deliver care of the highest quality. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and flexible. You take responsibility for the whole and work purposefully with each individual patient. You have a good ability to collaborate and relate to both patients and colleagues in a responsive and smooth manner.
