CNC Operator Focused on Optimizing Machining Strategies

We are now looking for an experienced CNC Operator who wants to contribute to optimizing our machining strategies and strengthening our production. Your Responsibilities

As a CNC Operator with us, you play a key role in developing and implementing effective machining strategies. Your main responsibilities include:

• Machining Strategy – Analyze and optimize machining methods to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Programming – Create and fine-tune CNC programs for lathes and milling machines based on drawings and technical specifications.

• Customer and Supplier Contact – Ensure that technical requirements are met through clear communication and specification of customer needs.

• Production Planning – Coordinate and schedule production for optimal resource utilization and delivery reliability.

• Quality Assurance – Perform continuous quality checks, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

• Process Improvement – Drive improvement efforts to streamline the production flow and implement best practices.

• Teamwork – Collaborate with our experienced technicians to ensure the best possible performance and solutions.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience as a CNC Operator, focusing on turning and milling.

• Experience in highly automated production.

• Strong skills in reading drawings and ISO programming.

• Good communication skills for effective dialogue with customers and suppliers.

• Ability to plan and coordinate for effective production results.

• A strong drive, where you always have the company's and customer's best interests in focus.

• Good collaboration skills and a willingness to contribute to a positive work environment.
