Night Receptionist Wanted

We are looking for an engaged and responsible night receptionist who is interested in a developing job where professional pride is the guiding principle. As a night receptionist, you will be the hotel's face to the outside world and responsible for ensuring that guests have a safe and smooth stay during the night hours.

Responsibilities:

• Handle check-in and check-out of guests, payments and cash management, bookings, answer phone calls and emails, administrative tasks, and ensure fire and safety during the night.

The position involves night shifts and weekend work.

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

• Experience in the hotel industry, preferably as a receptionist or similar role
• Previous experience in other service-related professions
• Education in hotel and tourism is an advantage
• Good knowledge of various digital tools and systems
• Familiarity with Opera, Cenium, Hotsoft, Mews, HMS, or similar booking systems is an advantage
• Must have a clean criminal record
• Comfortable working alone
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (other languages are a plus)
