Group Manager for Fortuna Onnela

As a group manager, you will take on a leadership role and coach our employees in their daily work.

In your role as group manager, you will have personnel and planning responsibility for the employees in your department/floor. As a group manager, you are part of the management team, so it is important that you have good collaboration skills. You will participate in care work, and your working hours will be scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

As a group manager, you report to the operations manager.

About the Role

The role involves a present and supportive leadership style in the operations. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your workgroup and are involved in developing and quality assuring the operations in accordance with Attendo's working methods and values. Through a coaching and leading approach, you will create a learning culture, for example regarding digital tools, processes, and work methods. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and affirming your employees in their daily work. You will have a group manager colleague with whom you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences.

About Fortuna Operations

Fortuna Onnela is a special accommodation facility with 40 places, of which 30 are focused on dementia care and 10 are focused on nursing care. Fortuna is a lifestyle accommodation with a focus on outdoor activities and gardening, located in Sävja with easy access to forest and nature.

Your Experience and Knowledge

You are a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent professional experience, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience in elderly care and leadership is an advantage for this role. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Other Information

In the case of internal recruitment, you will initially retain your basic position and receive a temporary salary supplement as a group manager for 6 months.
