Job Description

Do you have another main occupation of at least 50% and are eager to work extra as needed? Together with Berry Superfos, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our pool of substitutes.

We are looking for both machine operators and forklift drivers for the substitute pool. As a machine operator, you will primarily work with machine monitoring, material replenishment, product packaging, and quality control. As a forklift driver, you will operate counterbalance or reach trucks in the warehouse, scan in materials, unload and load materials, and label materials.

Working hours may vary but follow Berry's shift times. It can be morning, afternoon, night, or weekend. You will be employed by NearYou as a consultant and rented out to Berry based on their staffing needs, for example, due to illness or leave of absence from their own staff.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has previously worked in the industry, preferably with machines or in a warehouse. A driver's license and access to a car are required (driver's license requirement applies to forklift). To be eligible for forklift positions, you also need to have forklift licenses B1 and B3. If you have forklift certification A1, it is an advantage for the operator role.

As a person, it is important that you have a willingness and drive to learn new things, you easily take instructions, and you have a strong work ethic. It is also important that you are meticulous and have a technical understanding. We also see that you are a team player.
