Operations Technician at Primär

About the Position

As an Operations Technician at PRIMÄR, you will be part of a team of experienced technicians who together are responsible for commitments in our assignments for customers in Åkersberga. You will work in the daily operations of property services, and your tasks will include:

• Ongoing supervision and rounds focusing on technology and the external environment
• Ongoing maintenance of technical installations
• Energy readings and reporting
• SBA
• OVK measurement of air flows
• Apartment inspections
• Corrective repairs and maintenance
• Cost assessments, in some cases performing orders, follow-ups of completed work, and reporting to customers
• Internal and external general service and maintenance work

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is a trained property technician or operations manager with at least 3–5 years of experience from similar work. A driving license (B) is a requirement.

Our customers expect the highest service and quality. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is service-oriented, enjoys customer contacts, is engaged, and can work both independently and as part of a team with your colleagues. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others, and you strive to deliver good solutions. As a person, you are responsible, orderly, structured, and you follow up on your commitments both to customers and contractors. You are used to quickly switching between different tasks, prioritizing, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, we appreciate that you are curious and positive, have initiative, and can create positive contacts both internally and externally.
