We are now looking for staff for our male client in Visby. The schedule is approximately 81%. We are looking for someone who preferably has experience with autism or similar. You should be self-assured, have a pedagogical and professional approach, and be able to collaborate with others while being flexible and solution-oriented.

The person seeking assistance is a positive young man with autism, who needs support and help to manage daily life as an adult. He lives independently. He enjoys being active, likes to walk, and appreciates being at his workplace for daily activities. He also enjoys driving, so you must have a driver's license. Here we work with low-arousal responses and understand the importance of structure and routines.

Work shifts are distributed over 24 hours 08:00-08:00 (waiting time 23:00-05:15), 16:00-08:00, 08:00-16:00, or 07:00-23:00.

Double assistance is provided every day between 07:00-23:00.

A criminal record check will be requested upon employment.
