We are looking for individuals who want to work as personal assistants in Gotland this summer!

Nordström Assistans is seeking personal assistants who can work during the summer months of June, July, and August in Gotland. We can offer everything from extra/on-demand, part-time, and full-time positions.

Working hours vary depending on the position and the client you work with, but it is desirable that you can work day and evening shifts, and/or nights as well as weekends.

Working as a personal assistant means being another person's arms and legs. You will perform tasks that the person cannot do themselves in their daily life. The work involves working in the client's home, and tasks may include assisting with personal care, medication management, daily chores, household tasks, shopping, cooking, and activities. The work as a personal assistant is generally a solitary job, although double staffing may occur in some cases.

As an applicant, you should be proactive, flexible, and have the ambition to go the extra mile for our clients' daily lives. The most important thing is that there is chemistry between you as the applicant and the client, which can be decisive in the final selection.

Your application may be read by staff at Nordström Assistans, by the client and their relatives and/or coordinators. Your application may be shared with our sister companies if your profile matches another position within Team Olivia. In case of employment To be employed with us at Nordström Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you must present an extract from the criminal record.
