Job Responsibilities At Kavat Vård, we have a strong community, and together we strive to live up to our values every day in our interactions with residents as well as in leadership and among employees. In the role of nursing assistant, you and your colleagues plan the workday based on the individual needs and wishes of the residents. Creating a sense of home and a meaningful everyday life for the residents is an important part of the work.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant with a protected professional title and who has experience working in elderly care. We place great importance on interaction, communication, and being a contact person, so it is very important that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

All our documentation is done in the journal system Safe Doc, so good computer skills are necessary.

Vaccination Requirements Employees hired at Kavat Vård must be vaccinated against Covid

To protect our elderly and other risk groups, you need to be Covid vaccinated. We will ask to see your Covid certificate during the interview.
