We are looking for you who want to work with us during the summer of 2025 and who want a rewarding and meaningful summer job in Vallentuna. We offer an independent job with many social contacts. You are passionate about taking care of others who need care and support in their daily lives.

We believe that you are, for example, a university student in need of a summer job and new experiences related to your education. You may be studying to become a nursing assistant, nurse, occupational therapist, social worker, or doctor, or have another focus related to care and support and want to gain practical experience working with the elderly?

We are a wonderful team that always focuses on the customer and the best possible quality in the work we do. You will be substituting when regular employees are on vacation.

Your tasks:

In home care, you work in our customers' own homes, providing the care and support that they are entitled to, according to the assistance decision and the individual implementation plan.

The tasks may include assistance with:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Support with dressing and undressing
• Social support
• Meals
• Shopping
• Supervision
• Accompaniment to doctors
• Guidance to activities outside the home
• Respite care for family members where we temporarily relieve the caregiver
• And much more

About you:

You have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping elderly people. You find it easy to collaborate and thrive in a flexible environment.

We believe that you live nearby so that commuting to and from work is not burdensome. The minimum age is 18 years, and you are proficient in Swedish in both spoken and written form.

It is an advantage if you have a B driver's license, but we also have schedules where you can cycle between customers in certain areas.

We believe that you are, for example, a university student in need of a summer job and new experiences. You may be studying to become a nurse, occupational therapist, social worker, or doctor, or have another focus related to care and support. Or you may be studying to become a nursing assistant or have documented experience from other service professions in hotels, travel, restaurants, or similar.

Work period and hours:

You want to work during the period of June, July, and/or August, during the day. The minimum is a work period of 4 weeks, preferably longer. There is an opportunity to work extra as needed before and after the summer period.

Working hours during the day are 07:00-15:00 or evenings 15:30-22:00 with shifts every other weekend in a rolling two-week schedule. Several different fixed schedule variants are available. You will be based at our office in Täby Kyrkby.

We offer summer positions with a chance for extension.

Your application:

In your application, we want you to specify which weeks you are interested in working during the summer. If you want to work as a substitute before and after the summer, please also mention that in your application.

The selection process will begin in March and will be ongoing. We only accept applications via our recruitment system.
