• You are a trained Care Assistant
• You master Swedish in speech and writing
• You are stress-resistant and used to taking responsibility
• You are used to working independently
• You must have a B driver's license

• You have a professional approach in your communications.
• You master Swedish in speech and writing and can document in a social journal.

You have a genuine interest in helping people in need of support in their daily lives. One of your strengths is being able to see their individual needs. You have the ability to handle even the more pressured situations.

Your tasks:

In home care, you work in our clients' own homes to provide the care and support they are entitled to, according to the assistance decision and the individual implementation plan.

Your daytime tasks may include assistance with:

• Meals
• Social support
• Supervision
• Care and personal hygiene
• Support with dressing and undressing
• Shopping
• And much more

Work period and hours:

We offer evening shifts with work Monday-Friday and on weekends.

Evening shift: 4:00 PM - approx. 10:00 PM. There are variations of fixed schedules with different working degrees.

You will work at our new facility in Österåker, where there are opportunities for development. We believe that you live nearby so that commuting to and from work is not burdensome.
