About the Position

At Anneli & Ritwa Lidingö Home Care, we are looking for dedicated summer substitutes to strengthen our team during the busy summer season. As a summer substitute with us, you will work closely with our clients, contribute to their well-being, and create a safe everyday life. The work consists of providing help and support according to individually tailored care plans.

Responsibilities for Summer Substitute

• Provide care and support to our clients in their homes based on their specific needs and wishes.
• Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for the clients.
• Document and report care efforts and note changes in the client's condition.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to facilitate an integrated care process.

Desired Qualifications

• Empathetic and Flexible: You are attentive and easily adapt to the clients' needs.
• Communication Skills: Good ability to communicate with colleagues and clients.
• Proactive and Independent: You can work independently and take initiative to improve clients' everyday lives.
• Experience is a plus: Previous experience in home care or healthcare is an advantage.
