Summer Job as a Supervisor for Youth

Botkyrkbyggens management is divided into northern and southern management areas, where property managers, repairers, area assistants, and area managers work together to take care of our properties and tenants in the best possible way.

We offer young people in the municipality the opportunity to work with us during the summer, and we are now looking for someone who wants to work as a supervisor for our summer-working youth. You will work together with the youth on the external maintenance of our properties and be placed in one of our areas.

Responsibilities

As a supervisor, your task is to take care of and guide the youth working with us during the summer. The tasks include maintaining our outdoor environments, weeding, and painting benches. You will supervise different groups of summer-working youth in three sessions of three weeks each. Therefore, you are expected to be available for the entire period from June 16 to August 15, 2025.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with youth or are currently studying at a university in the real estate sector.

As a person, you are social, proactive, and have an interest in outdoor environments. Since the role of Supervisor requires a good relationship with summer youth, it is important that you are attentive and treat all people with respect. You are structured and creative in your work approach and can independently and responsibly drive the work forward.
