Warehouse Worker with Purchasing Responsibility at TK Elevator

Do you want to be a key player in a small warehouse team at a global player in elevators and escalators? TK Elevator is now looking for a warehouse worker with purchasing responsibility for their team in Stockholm. Here you will combine structure, technology, and innovation in a crucial role. ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will work for a leading player in the elevator and escalator industry, focusing on innovation, safety, and sustainability. The company moves over a billion people daily and offers services in new installations, modernization, service, and repair.

As a warehouse worker with purchasing responsibility, you will be part of an experienced team at the company's 600 sqm warehouse in Skärholmen, close to the office. Your tasks include handling spare parts, inflow and outflow of items, and coordinating deliveries. You will primarily communicate via email with installation sites and collaborate with their third-party warehouse in Jordbro and a smaller warehouse in Karlstad. The role involves freedom with responsibility and a focus on meeting customer needs.

  • Working hours: 07–16
  • Work clothes, safety shoes, and other necessary equipment will be provided by our client

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Be responsible for the inflow and outflow of items, order management, and support for technicians with spare parts.
  • Work in Visma to create and maintain master data and develop structures in the warehouse system.
  • Perform purchases and administrative work related to warehousing and logistics.
  • Participate in warehouse relocations and ensure structure and order in both physical and digital warehouses.
  • Collaborate with technicians and coordinate logistics with third-party warehouses and suppliers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has at least 2–5 years of experience in warehousing, preferably from smaller warehouses.
  • Has previous experience working with flows in warehouse systems.
  • Has technical understanding to work with spare parts.
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form as communication occurs in both languages daily internally and with suppliers.
  • Has excellent knowledge of the Office suite.

It is a merit if you have

  • Experience from the elevator or escalator industry.
  • Basic understanding of Visma or similar warehouse systems.
  • Forklift license.
