The Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic in Bollnäs is a general psychiatric clinic for adults over 18 years old. We provide qualified psychiatric outpatient care with a focus on promoting health and improving the quality of life for our patients.

About 35 dedicated employees work at the clinic in an environment characterized by collaboration, care, and high professionalism. Our operations are characterized by respectful treatment, good accessibility, and positive treatment outcomes.

We are responsible for psychiatric specialist care for residents of Bollnäs and Ovanåker municipalities. We are currently looking for a nurse to join our psych team – an exciting opportunity for you who want to contribute to the development of our psychiatric care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of a competent team consisting of nurses, doctors, caregivers, social workers, psychotherapists, psychologists, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries. The work is done in close collaboration within the clinic and in cooperation with other public agencies, creating a holistic and effective care process.

• medication follow-up, medication management, and testing
• suicide prevention and structure-supporting interventions

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a stable and committed nurse who enjoys close collaboration in a dynamic and varied everyday life.

To succeed in the role, you are flexible and easy to collaborate with both different professional categories and external actors. You appreciate change and see it as an opportunity to develop. Furthermore, you are meticulous and confident in your professional role.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with individuals living with mental health issues and who meets people in a professional and empathetic manner. Personal suitability is highly valued.

In the role of nurse, you should:

• be a licensed nurse
• have a valid B driver's license
• have good administrative skills.

For this position, experience in psychiatric work is an advantage.
