System Architect/Lead Developer at Resursen Sverige AB

Do you want to help develop socially beneficial systems? We are now looking for our next puzzle piece to our great team. At Resursen, we are a product company that proudly develops and operates Provisum, a business-adapted system for the Guardianship Authority in Sweden. Since 2021, Provisum's customer base has grown by 27 municipalities and is now used by 44 of Sweden's municipalities. We also operate and maintain other applications for municipal units in Sweden.

Resursen's business idea is to develop and maintain applications in close collaboration with the businesses. The processes are developed based on the needs of the business and follow a case from start to finish. We currently have four employees who need you to grow further. The team consists of an operational manager, product owner, developers, and operations manager. Resursen is part of the Jalysi AB group. Together, we have a tremendous amount of knowledge about most things related to the IT world.

With us, you decide for yourself – work from our offices in Västerås or Luleå, or remotely. We believe that work is about motivation and engagement, not about where you are located.

Examples of tasks include:

  • Design and further develop the architecture for the company's applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Drive technical decisions and ensure that the architecture is aligned with both short- and long-term business goals.
  • Actively participate in development work by coding, conducting code reviews, and assisting the development team with expertise.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and initiate rework or redesign of applications when necessary.
  • Support the operations and maintenance team with technical advice and solution design.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Who are you? You are motivated by being part of a knowledgeable team and want to spend your days improving and developing stable and business-adapted systems. You are brave and driven, willing to challenge existing solutions and initiate changes when necessary. We are a small team and support each other. This means we are looking for an unpretentious colleague who enjoys switching between strategic and operational work.

What do you bring with you? You are experienced in system development, preferably in the public sector or similar regulated industries. A background as a full-stack developer is a strong plus, but the most important thing is solid knowledge in backend development, preferably in languages like .NET and .NET Core C#.

We would like you to have experience as a system architect, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is your technical competence, your communication skills, and your willingness to take technical responsibility for our product – both now and in the future. If you have a vision of influencing the architecture and taking on greater responsibility, this could be the next step in your career.

To thrive in the role, we also see that you have experience with:

  • Frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Databases (SQL) and API design.
  • Methodology: Familiarity with agile methods and understanding of DevOps principles.
  • Business understanding: Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions that support customer needs.
  • Communicative and attentive: Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Welcome to a fun job that offers you:

  • A dynamic work environment in a smaller company where you have a significant influence on technology choices and solution design.
  • The opportunity to work closely with both business and technology, and to influence the direction of our product development.
  • Competitive salary and benefits, as well as opportunities for personal and professional development.

We look forward to getting to know you – feel free to reach out to us or to Annika at Skills Recruitment.

Welcome with your application!
