Shift Leader Wanted for Warehouse in Ystad

Your Responsibilities

As a shift leader, you will play a central role where you have the opportunity to influence and develop both processes and people.

In the role of shift leader for the company's warehouse team, you will:

• Lead and distribute tasks during your shift to ensure both quality and efficiency.
• Be a key person who connects shifts and ensures that information is transferred effectively.
• Actively drive work on safety, routines, and improvements.
• Set a good example and inspire your colleagues to do their best every day.

Working Hours

The working hours are 2-shift.

Your Background/Your Qualities

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Broad experience in warehousing and production, with a good understanding of quality and delivery requirements.
• Experience with warehouse systems and good computer skills to effectively manage warehouse processes and reporting.
• A positive attitude and a desire to constantly develop and drive change.

You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

A driving license (B) is required.
