We are now looking for several nursing assistants and care assistants for the summer at Norrgården in Sollentuna. We offer training and several benefits.

About Norrgården

Norrgården is located in Norrviken, Sollentuna. The residence consists of five departments, three with a dementia focus and two with a somatic focus.

• We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and care through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.
• You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operation. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.
• Here we work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs. We have chickens and birds at Norrgården.

As a nursing assistant, you are extremely important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their way of life and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
