About the Role

As a leader in our bakery, you will work to ensure a sales-ready bakery daily through good planning, product picking, and pace. You will work closely with the Bakery Manager and thus become a key player for the department to function optimally. You will be the team leader for the daily operations in the bakery and set clear goals and expectations for the daily work.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the daily work in our bakery, including product picking, receiving deliveries, merchandising, and customer service.
• You drive and lead the work forward, contribute with foresight, and ensure that the right person is in the right place.
• Act as a sounding board and be a good role model for other employees. You will follow up on the work at the individual level, ensuring that routines are followed and that employees are informed and updated on what needs to be done.
• You contribute your knowledge by supporting, showing, and teaching other employees. Through a learning approach, you ensure competence among employees and highlight development needs.
• You drive the development of an optimal assortment for the business.

Conditions

• Permanent position, we apply a probationary period of 6 months.
• Working hours: approx. 38.25 hours/week. The store is open between 06:00-23:00, and the scheduling runs on a 4-week schedule. Opening, closing, and working every other weekend are included. It is important that you can get to the store, be dressed and clocked in by 05:00 at opening.
• Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement, with a responsibility supplement for the position.
• Start date: By agreement.

On November 10, 1994, we opened our doors and are now one of Sweden's ten largest grocery stores.
