About the position

We are looking for a property manager for our client in Ängelholm. The assignment is planned to start on May 1 and run until August 31. The position is full-time, and we would like you to be able to work most of the summer. The work is performed on-site in Ängelholm.

Job responsibilities

As a property manager, you will have overall responsibility for a specific area. You will collaborate and communicate with tenants, colleagues, and contractors, as well as build and maintain good relationships. An important part of the assignment is to plan and implement initiatives that promote social sustainability, focusing on increasing safety and comfort in the area.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Drive and contribute to achieving Ängelholmshem's business plan and goals, such as NKI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
• Manage conflicts of interest and disturbance cases
• Plan and conduct viewings of apartments and premises in the area
• Be responsible for moving processes and carry out electrical and HLU descriptions
• Manage keys, cylinders, tags, laundry locks, and door codes within the area
• Report and follow up on property and personal injuries in collaboration with the insurance manager
• Perform systematic fire protection inspections (SBA) in common areas according to applicable procedures
• Follow up and manage warranty issues in the properties

Your qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training
• Experience in customer-related dialogue
• Good practical and theoretical knowledge of property functions and buildings
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Good computer skills and ease of learning systems
• Driver's license B
